We collect and use information we believe is necessary to administer our business, to advise you about our products and services, and to provide you with customer service. We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources.

1. From you, on applications or other forms, through telephone or in-person interviews, and our Customer Service Center, such as name, address and Social Security number.
2. rom your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as your payment history, underwriting and claim documents;
3. From non-FIS related companies, such as your claims history; and
4. From consumer reporting agencies and other sources, such as your credit history.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
We use customer information to underwrite your policies, process your claims, ensure proper billing, service your accounts and offer you other insurance that we believe may suit your needs.
Except as stated above and as permitted by law, we do not share nonpublic personal information with third parties. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal rules to guard your nonpublic personal information.
